Kirstyn Kameg has been a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) since 2000, providing care to individuals across the lifespan with a variety of mental health problems. She earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Case Western Reserve University. In addition to clinical practice, she is a University Professor of Nursing at Robert Morris University, where she serves as the coordinator of the PMHNP program. One of the most rewarding aspects of Kirstyn’s career as a PMHNP is the establishment of long-term relationships with her patients, some of which have spanned decades.
